Recipe 9: Pasta and meat ball sauce

Okay guys, I know its been ages since we last posted a recipe. School and work took over our lives but we back now :).

This recipe is very tasty and easy to prepare. See below for 3 easy steps for making this delicious meal.


Ingredients:

  • Ground beef - 1 ½ pounds (or your choice of meat)
  • Egg - 1-2
  • Onion, chopped - 1
  • Cloves garlic, minced - 4
  • Small green bell pepper, diced - 1
  • Can diced tomatoes ( (28 ounce) -1
  • Can tomato paste (6 ounce) -
  • Teaspoons dried oregano - 2
  • Teaspoons dried basil - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Teaspoon Curry powder - 1
  • Maggi/Knorr cubes - 2 to 3
  • Table spoon of Olive Oil - 3



Preparation:

Step 1) Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg and green pepper in a large bowl and mix until its perfectly mixed. Make several balls from the mixture. Heat a saucepan with olive oil on low-medium  and stir fry balls until golden brown.
  
Step 2) Stir diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste into the pan. Season with oregano, basil, salt, pepper, curry powder and maggi cubes. Simmer spaghetti sauce for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 3) Cook Spaghetti according to package directions


And Voila, ready to be served
